      London Branch -Great place but not for everyone

      Pros

      * London branch employees are good fun and very supportive of each other * London branch Manager is great * You will learn a lot * Very “hands on” * Culture in the sales team or wiring room is like family * They give you a day off on your Birthday

      Cons

      * Bear with the company culture. It takes a while to integrate * No overtime for most employees * Very tight on money, even the sales team are expected to help design/build/transport your own trade show booths * Micromanagement by CEO in Los Angeles * Grim part of London to work in * No days in lieu after working long spells abroad or at home * Dated inventory management * Not much chance to advance through the company (nowhere to go) * Some departments expected to provide customer support without any employee compensation, regardless of hours * Great place to work if you like to drink

      Pros

      Good pay, casual environment, monthly barbecues in summer.

      Cons

      I think the CEO read a book on how to be a good manager and then decided to do the exact opposite. No matter how hard you work it will never be enough.
