      terrible Management

      Pros

      initially I found it to be a good place to work, friendly and plenty of overtime [but only while there was orders]

      Cons

      due to lack of orders the place began to struggle and in my 3 years there have seen 4 MD's and countless re-strategy plans and still no improvement or diversity in products.
