Think before you join and if you have a family to support, think twice before you join!!

Good for freshers/early stage careers Always plenty of work on the plate to be done Good learning experience Employees are really cool and supportive (or you can put it as all are equally frustrated with work culture and management)

Cons

Only one day weekly rest Pay is really low compared to market standards Unnecessary provoking to prove that you worked for 8 hours(Jira, status update, punch in and out and god knows what else) and salary deduction incase of failure. Too much pressure to complete task with really short deadlines No job security No proper appraisals/rewards Odd working hours (Basically one ends up all the time in office itself, no social or family time left after that) Weird clauses in offer letter.

No pros, worst company I have worked for.

Cons

I feel all these reviews must be fake, I did not speak to one person in my team or the organisation that was happy. Everyone is overworked, they don't pay salaries in time, they don't pay market related salaries, they don't process visas correctly. People must work 6 days a week. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company will make you believe in reviews.You will never join any company without reading the reviews

Cons

This company earn from employees. They ask 3 Months notice if you leave else you pay them 3 month salary + Training fee, forget about your future they don't bother about you or about their own work. Employee has to take loan to pay them for not serving notice period and get rid from this company. It's a main source of income for them.
