Pros
For an engineer in composites, this company has good pay. My team is forward thinking, and flexible. If there is something you desire, you may have to work for it but the opportunity is likely there. The company's success is closely connected to reducing carbon output on the planet (via wind energy and electric transportation).
Cons
Healthcare benefits (premium, deductible) leave much to be desired. Engineering is largely homogeneous demographically.

Good pay, just that. Regular package of benefits above the law against other companies that offer more.
Cons
Senior Managers having affairs with everyone, but local specialist or employees cannot even refer a relative for a role. Everything needs to be reviewed directly with corporate and "leaders" instead of allowing directors or senior managers, or the associate itself to take certain control of their function, a lot of micromanagement. Very old procedures, tpi doesnt like to innovate or to have new ways to work or making something different. HCM System is very old and not working.

Dynamic environment for a production and process engineer. You can see the effects of your action pretty fast. Good interactions with the customers and their design teams.
Cons
Mediocre management, not willing to pay much and almost welcomes the employee turnovers.
