Regarding your mention of most reps falling behind, it’s inaccurate and a result of a miscommunication. Please note that our business model doesn't follow the traditional SaaS revenue pattern. We are committed to supporting all of our reps, and are actively working with those who may need help getting back on track. We have a goal to maintain or exceed employee retention at 95% or above, and we are succeeding on that. Still, we need to listen, learn, and improve every day. We've introduced operational improvements like sales reps' activity metrics and also added sales support tools to provide concrete assistance in achieving their goals. Meetings are meant to celebrate success and share lessons learned. While we understand the pace of change can be challenging, it also brings exciting opportunities.
