Pros
There are no positive attributes that I can associate with this company. Based on my personal experience, the only "pros" that I can relate to this job was the inital feeling of self-success that I received upon being hired.
Cons
While it should be noted that this is only my opinion... Let me state that this company cycles employees quarterly. The turnover ratio is (in my opinion) higher than the number of employees currently on payroll. Working for Aaron Finney was the worst mistake of my professional life.

Pros
You will get to learn a lot very quickly by your self with no guidance. It is near the beach. They treat you nice in the honeymoon period
Cons
They expect you to drive your personal vehicle to job sites (so the owner can buy his third Range Rover I guess), and will complain when you ask for mileage reimbursement. Leadership is barely ever there. CEO comes in at 3PM or later and then wants everyone to stay until 7, 8 , 9PM They expect you to “grind” and work “after hours” Absolutely no structured learning environment You have to work there 6 years to get 13 days vacation No retirement benefits, no benefits at all really
