      - sorry but I seriously see no pros to spend your time and efforts for this cheap company

      Cons

      - cheapest salary for which they gonna exploit the hell out of your work - Priyank Patel (owner of the company) bargained and cut 500rs from my salary appraisal. ( Is it an IT company or sabzi mandi? ) - Parth Dhokai (HR Manager) plays cheap mind games with you to make you feel inferior so that he could bargain the best during your salary discussion - HR manager stands behind you so that you rate well for "Best place to work" survey. - HR manager (Parth Dhokai) nags you for even taking your available sick leaves when you are sick. seriously??

      Pros

      Overall it certainly has been a great journey for me till date and the appraisal system also worked for me. They pay you your worth. Apart from that, the culture and the colleagues are something I always looked for from any organization and I think I found them here. I would surely recommend this company to my friends and people who would want to join TRooTech.

      Cons

      It could be inundating at times from work perspective as there is a lot of work given the service-based nature of the company which in a way also provides a lot of learning.

      Pros

      There is a comfort zone on the floor and good communication amongst the employees and the management. The place is tidy and the infra is one of the best in Ahmedabad, which exudes positive vibes. There is a lot to learn over here. Here, the culture is young, free, casual, and confident.
