Pros

A few really great people. $10 stipend for lunch.

Cons

Raging narcissism. Management seemed to consist of the CEO only. His way or the highway. Little respect for employees and no attempt to actively enrich their experience, but reprimand them for often abysmal reasons in front of the whole dingy office. People came and went quickly (often within a month or two). Not a good place to start a career as there isn't any structure or room to grow at all. Lots of sports talk- which isn't surprising considering only 15% of the office is made up of women. The females are also all on the same team, the team that handles all incoming calls. Not a good look.

Pros

I've worked at many firms over my career and TSG far and away provides the most support and best pay for independent court reporters. They understand the complexities of the industry better than most.

Cons

Sometimes communications get lost or misunderstood in the "large machine" of operations
