Pros
The company is great at what they do and building relationships both with clients and subcontractors Extremely flexible - if management liked you
Cons
It's the internal relationships that break down. No-one knows what they are doing, there's no objectives set, no conversations about performance. It's like being back at school with numerous cliques and everyone being rude about everyone else behind their backs. Directors work all hours available and there was the expectation that you did too. There's no training, harassment, GDPR, etc therefore they can get away with calling anyone anything. I heard on numerous occasions people being told how useless they were to their faces, and management mocking people for different pronouns or behaviours etc.
