      Great people, great learning, no guarantees

      Pros

      TWAICE is exciting, fresh and energetic. The people are friendly and always willing to help you out. The work is fast-paced, but there is also time to catch your breath. There is a lot to learn, their tech stack and infrastructure is admirable, and the hierarchies are flat. Their offices are well-located and well-equipped, there are fruit, drinks and snacks. My supervisor also gave me a nice Linkedin recommendation. Before the pandemic, the work culture involved a lot of integration, like hikes, parties and so on. The team is also quite international.

      Cons

      They don't cover relocation expenses. I wasn't offered a full-time position in spite of having relocated to Munich and done a good job, on grounds of there being "a change in business strategy". I felt underappreciated. I could've done the entire internship remotely and saved TONS of money.

      layoffs, high people turnover, lack of product market fit, very stagnant mindset for a startup company, challenges to hire really capable and experienced employees and leaders, no company strategy / strategy changes every month
