Friendly people, too much focus on billable hours

Friendly and smart people, try to promote good work-life balance, lunch included :) Also fast growing and working on some good projects.

Cons

Constant late week deadlines, too much focus on making every hour billable, difficult to pursue things that don't directly make money.
