Cons
The company’s mantra is “My true worth is determined by how much more I give in value than I receive in payment.” Which was plucked from a book called The Go Giver and is basically used to encourage employees to go the extra mile( work extra hours, work offsite events, do extra work when short staffed) and be ok with not being paid for their time and hard work.
