The management in India is made up of a bunch of unprofessional and unethical people who call themselves Directors but are experts in sucking the life out of their employees. They give you all the promises and commitments about employee benefits and even put it in the offer letter (which is the biggest piece of joke). When it comes to keeping them up, they wash their hands off and simply put you on the ignore list. They are good to you until they need you, ultimately they neither have respect for the employee nor the law of the country. They deserve to be behind the bars for breaching contracts and inducing mental harassment. Not worth knowing or working with such toxic people !!
