Members of management do not acknowledge you or even ask your name until you are promoted Favoritism exists here on every level Poor pay Terrible customers Zero workers protections HR nightmare High turnover Company values money for the brand and commitment to a work culture that no longer exists over the livelihood of the people that actually do the work for them.

They really have a team player environment and strive to help you grow within the company. I was there for less than a year and got 3 raises, and i truly felt like my managers heard me and took care of my needs. I LOVED working at tacodeli. Most of the customers were chill too, and the Houston location is in a really nice part of town.

Cons

It's really hard on your body and fast paced stressful environment, and they dont provide substantial breaks.
