      Pros

      Not much, pay is decent, there is investment from the owner to grow the business. Benefits overall are not bad.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, the individual in charge of operations is a tyrant. Human Resources is a terrible advocate for the employees, the working conditions are awful with no ventilation anywhere in the facility with no space to move and lastly safety is the least of managements concern. Their primary concern is to get the orders out the door.

      Pros

      Most of the floor workers are friendly and nice. Holiday party every year and a free lunch day in the summer (BBQ). High school diploma is enough if you can do simple math.

      Cons

      Sweltering heat in the summer. Stinky oven rooms. Pay is so-so. Tyrant running everything.

      The best part is the health insurance it's Really affordable and great coverage.

      Working in the warehouse the pay raises suck.
