They tell you they don't discriminate against employees, but they do! Beware, there are cliques within the company that make working here really toxic! If you hate being back in high school due to bullies, avoid now because that's what you'll find here!

Growing company with good promotion opportunities

Pros

Its a growing company and they do listen to people's ideas. There are a lot of promotion opportunities especially if you will travel. Really good opportunity for tips and the pay is decent.

Cons

Airport traffic can be up and down at times with flights being delayed and cancelled.

Keep hiring unfit managers and leads, can’t get “full time” due to strange shift schedules, benefits only go to managers and leads, employees get ignored by management when there’s serious problems in the workplace, approved time off doesn’t guarantee time off, some managers humiliate/verbally degrade employees
