      Flexible and remote working options Work with C-level clients for some of the largest and most influential global brands A hybrid between a market research company and an executive search firm

      The digital transformation is underway but much more needs to be done to change the mindset of the company Decision making is often slow and polarised

      Pros

      Recent changes focus the business on what's important. A rebuilt sales team is the strongest the business has ever had (in my time at least).

      Cons

      Communication about the changes is not lacking, it's slow. The management do care about the organisation and the people in it. This is the most positive the teams have felt.
