TalentBridge is a terrible place to work. It all starts with Upper Management. They try to present themselves as intelligent, strategic and well organized. That is the furthest thing from the truth. The CEO is incredibly focused on appearance rather than doing right for the company. He complains about budgets and spending, but has no problem spending $300K for an annual event. He is incredibly nice to your face and then talks poorly about you behind your back. And it's not just about lower level people. He talks poorly about the management team openly. The COO is the worst of the bunch. He has no business knowledge, but thinks he knows everything. He was hired because he was a college friend of the CEO. He constantly changes direction. He forgets to attend meetings. He is late to the meetings that he does attend. He forgets conversations. He is by far the worst manager I have encountered throughout my career. Additionally, they are a staffing and recruiting firm. They should understand how the market is changing and adapt. However, during COVID, they were bringing the entire staff (90 people) back in the office 5 days a week. They couldn't trust that people could work from home and be productive. They don't trust their people. They hover over everything that you do. They care more about hitting numbers rather than their people. They say that they care about the people and community, but all they care about is themselves. Unless you are desperate for a job (and still I wouldn't recommend), I highly encourage you to look for a different job. It isn't worth the agony of going into the office everyday. I say this from my experience and for the number of people that quit working there without a job. People that have been there 5, 9 years. They would rather be unemployed rather than to continue to work there. Trust me, don't work at TalentBridge.
