Appraisals never happen on time
No work life balance, only work and get fired no matter how many extra work you do (weekends and weekdays)
Food sucks big time, pantry has cockroaches crawling. they wash the food plates here as well. Very very unhygienic
No good future for the company
Entire company is run by jokers (literally) those who dont know anything about technology, even what they work on
Pathetic HR people - most useless people on earth
Dont trust the positive reviews (few) as the management will force its employees to write good points about them
No process/templates/standards
promotions: Forget it, wont get it even if you beg for it with data points
all they care about is that each release should go on time (even though they know it is the worst possible code)
Even Indian congress politicians will be put to shame in front of this company's management team.
