- Good product, always improving and innovating - Good people

Cons

Basically everything else. - Complete absence of vision: the company changes its positioning every 6 months. Management has no idea where they're going and keep. Everything is top-down but no one understand what's asked of them. - Cruel lack of transparency and inter-department communication - Completely lost all sense of company culture by growing too fast and not caring about employees - No job safety: the company went through 2 massive rounds of layoffs but continues to hire as if nothing happened - No real DEI plan or initiatives - A lot of bad hires - Salaries under national average - Benefits are terrible - and so much more

- Seemingly good product, although there are better ones - (sometimes) good culture -

Cons

- No faith in management what so ever - No collaboration if you're not based in Lux, everyone else is not prioritized - A lot of favoritism within the company - You do not know if you'll survive the day. Layoffs happening right left and center and even if you're an over performing AE they might just let you go suddenly - NOT competitive salaries - Very few hit target
