Pros

Most coworkers are great, really friendly people and managers except the one in charge are also great to work with.

Cons

One of the members of managent is berating and has zero respect for employees, creates a negative working environment. Not only this he is also bad at managing shifts, very indecisive which creates chaos and stress at very busy times. Has way too high expectations of people working for minimum wage. You have to pay £2 per staff meal. Takes a very long time to be trained and get 100% tips, at least a month before you get there.

Pros

Great food! I learnt many of east western asian cuisine's recipe. their specs and manuals are good quality. Staff were from variety of country, which was good team.

Cons

Their work shift is hard. They had always been getting shortage of staff because of wrong person as a manager. Our manager was hysteric lady who made people so upset all the time.
