      Good team, fun coworkers, good holiday party and large yearly bonus

      Cons

      Upper management does not properly distribute responsibilities, starting pay is low, raises are low, and customer support could work part time from home but they did not allow it, no room for growth. the only way to move up in the company is if someone dies or leaves. not lots of opportunities to grow or move
