- abuse of power by the upper management, especially from the Director level + - inappropriate approach to work/life balance with expectation to pull 90h a week with no support processes in place - dismissive and poor communication style between upper management and middle management structures - lack of standard operating processes for joint venture projects - probation period with 150%-200% utilisation resulting in termination of employment without any probation monitoring and active feedback - dismissal process lacking any foundation - lack of support for delivery of staff training for new restaurant opening in hostile conditions (massive delays based on venture partner’s timeline, lack of training space, lack of upper management intervention)
