      Inexperienced local management leads to missed opportunities

      Pros

      Paid on front and back although nearly every deal is a mini.

      Cons

      No advertising support/knowledge of local market due to “family owners” being located hours away. They took over a top performing Ford store and turned it to their write off store by doing nothing more than putting their name on the building.
