      Good hourly employees at this facility

      You will never make real money here. I wasted over half my life thinking it would pay off just to make 20 dollars an hour with an engineer title.

      Nothing positive at this time.

      Cons

      They like to preach they are family oriented but actions speak louder than words. Employee's are currently paying the price for poor management decisions over the last 5 years. This is a company in decline so do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

      Pros

      O'Hare family is very generous to allow the North America sites to remain open.

      Cons

      North America Corporate management is inexperienced. Local Plant management is also inexperienced. They let go of all the experienced management to save money.
