Pros

Friendly people who enjoy socializing with one another. Decent commute and good perks like travel benefits. Pay is decent, but not high compared to industry standards. Health benefits are good too. Always enjoyed working for Arthur Tauck, but sadly - he is retired.

Cons

Some departments like IT, finance, and operations have long-time employees, but the Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams have a high turnover rate. Product, Sales, and Marketing are run by executives who are very out of touch with both their staffs and what's new in the industry that drives business growth. You can also not get a job in sales unless you are an attractive 25 year old woman - if not, you'll probably lose your job in short order to someone who is.

Pros

You can work there forever even if you have no skills

Cons

Lack of communication with management, no raises, and infrequent performance reviews. Culture is very very broken no room for advancement unless young and smile a lot and paid ridiculous amount for lack of experience or talent. Get a real CRM. .

Proabably Not Great for my Long-term Career

Pros

Very nice people to work with, but obviously every company has its drama. Travel benefit/perk is nice, but tours are still quite expensive. Commute is good.

Cons

Don't like the new office as much as the old one - Far less collaboration then there used to be as everyone is so far away and less available. If you want to stay here long term, I've also learned you can't speak your mind and must "fly under the radar." Everyone here know that once you start voiceing an opinion that "The Family" disagrees with, you're days are numbered, even if your opinion and experience is correct. Also sucks that that when I tell people where I work, they all say, "What's that? NEVER heard of it."
