      Pros

      TaxValet really cares about people. Every person here has an opportunity to express themselves and are encouraged to provide input to help shape the future of the company. Employees are given the opportunity to truly savor work-life balance. Culture is the a top priority. It's a great and fun place to work!

      Cons

      So for in the 6 months I have been here, I have found no cons.

      Great team, fast growing business with opportunity

      Pros

      - TaxValet is a fast-growing company with lots of training, development, and leadership opportunities - Management is very transparent about the direction of the company - Profitable and fast-growing - Fun and helpful coworkers - Amazing PTO (40 days off per year) and work from home - Core values are alive and real in the organization - FEEL IT, SHAPE IT, OWN IT, CRUSH IT!

      Cons

      Balancing business growth with resources available has been a challenge. We are just now starting to understand how early we need to begin the hiring process so that we do not run out of capacity before we need it.

      An Amazing Place to Work

      If you are the emotionally driven type, then this is the place for you. I've never been part of a company that cares so much for not only their clients but, their employees. They really do live by their core values, Feel It, Shape It, Own It, Crush It, Question It. The expectations are high but the work/life balance, is worth every single effort. They are generous with their time, support and encouragement. I see only good things, moving forward

      Cons

      The company is always evolving and growing. Don't expect any one process to remain the same for very long. You must be ready to adopt new procedures, often.
