TFI is a wonderful place to work for people who are passionate about social change and love to take initiative - The place offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing body of leaders who are part of the Social Sector in India.

Cons

Like many organisations, nepotism exists in TFI as well at multiple levels. Work can be very rewarding but requires one to put in long hours, sometimes on weekends as well.

Initial Training was good and support in the first year was better, The teaching experience is great and learnt so much from the children whom I taught.

Cons

National Team did not support the regional team's requirements and always held a partial view on growth. No support to people who were looking for careers outside the social sector.
