Pros
The people here are truly amazing, full stop! It’s an incredibly talented and technically proficient team, not only building a great product but also pushing forward research in the education space. Everyone is eager to build cool things without ego, which makes collaboration a joy. Because of the small team size, I gained experience across a wide variety of projects and felt trusted to take ownership of my work. The culture is open, supportive, and encourages new ideas. Special shoutout to Berk Coker who led the engineering team, he is an outstanding mentor/leader.
Cons
the team was relatively small, so you may be asked to do things outside your comfort zone. But everyone is very understanding and willing to help when needed.
