RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Team One full-time
Pros
A supportive, caring team that always has your back. A culture of inclusivity, dialogue, and overall full of good humans.
Cons
Pay seems to be low vs. other agencies in the area. Also, raises are pretty much non-existent, or dismal if at all. Overall there doesn't seem to be much growth opportunity. Most good companies support skillset growth, as does this one, but the path towards promotion and raises is a far less clear one.

Pros
Good work life balance as most people are out by 5pm. Leadership is always up to chat about anything. Relatively good pay.
Cons
Being part of larger Publicis group can hinder the needs needed at the local level. Also will not fight to move up unless role is open on a team.

Pros
Great culture, work/life balance is pretty great, dogs in the office, friendly co-workers, great office space, near the beach
Cons
No career advancement. Promotions are rare and when they come the compensation is low in comparison. You have to leave to get a significant raise as there are corporate guidelines for raises/promotions that don't incentivize staying. Any good talent will leave within a few years.
