Cons
It's not a con for me personally, but as a growing company in an ever-evolving field, things can change quickly (features, processes, etc.), so you've got to be prepared for that.
Remote working doesn't detract from collaborating with team members while also giving employees the opportunity to take their work wherever they want to go. Every effort is made to ensure that team members have time to connect on a social level as well as on a professional, day to day level.
The opportunities to develop and grow within your role at TeamUp starts on your first day. Improving your skillset is actively encouraged and you have the full support of management to do that.
Cons
Genuinely the only con is that travel limitations over the last 2 years have prevented team meetups in person. But there are regular online team building activities which are a fun way to make up for that until we can travel more freely again.
