a quiet big business, company receives what seems like endless new business, owner puts everyone always before himself, extremely generous with salaries and bonuses, great people and culture, owner has a policy to never hire an ahole, which still has me laughing to this day. I would still have loved to work there if I hadn't moved
Cons
owner did not want to hire an inbound sales person when I worked there instead insists that techs can take the calls

Pros
Flex hours and schedule because they never have coverage shortages. Environment is excellent. Professional development excellent. Block off 1 paid hour daily to study for industry certifications. Very straightforward time tracking submissions. No issues with customer base - always smiling happy professional customers to work with - distinctly different than past employer experiences - that makes my daily so much better. Pizza Fridays.
Cons
Need more cross-office activities / get-togethers. I'm in the Delaware office. Be nice to get the offices together more often.
