Pros

You can get a job here very easily.

Cons

This company builds only to play with the career of all freshers. You will get no training. People working at Techment Technology have show off(fake) attitude. When the company doesn't need you, they are going to terminate you on basis of any stupid/ irrelevant reason.

Pros

You will get good learning only when you have good seniors and teammates. There are other things as well which is good but mental health is most important so the project in which you join make sure you don't meet organisation politicians i don't get why such people does not join politics and stays in organisation 🧐

Cons

If you're drawn to organizational dynamics, we welcome you to join us. Additionally, if you're someone without a defined skill set but aspire to manage, we encourage you to explore opportunities here. We acknowledge that in our environment, individuals have assumed managerial roles without necessarily possessing the conventional qualifications. One of the challenges we face is excessive pressure. Despite diligent efforts, the expectation to be available 24/7 can be overwhelming. Unfortunately, our training leadership sometimes lacks coherence in guiding us. Direction on which technologies to focus on can shift abruptly, causing confusion among the team. Regrettably, the management's decisions have occasionally impacted our career trajectories negatively, and the value we bring is not always recognized or understood. Furthermore, periodic mass terminations occur due to project shortages, which is beyond our control and not a reflection of our performance.
