      So much potential, but sadly wasted.

      Pros

      Private health care and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of planning, communication and leadership. Not enough staff for the work load and management are out of touch with the core workforce. Zero room for progression or implementing your own ideas due to management and workforce divide.

      Nice location, some great people

      Cons

      112 leavers in five years from an office of 40 people!!!!! No heating and awful in Winter. Bonus for some people that are favourites CEO has the brain the size of the planet but the emotional intelligence of a toddler on a sugar high! Power struggle with the Dutch based employees - UK is losing.

      Technetix is one of those companies that excels in partnering with its customers to engineer, build and provide solutions that meet the customer's needs. Unlike many manufacturers that force the customer to use already existing mainstream gear, Technetix is Innovative and Flexible to build exactly what the customer needs to be successful. They are unrivaled in their experience and capabilities due to the many countries and standards that they serve.
