No management. Expects operators to run business from top to bottom. Very top heavy.

Pros

Lots of vacation time and sick time. They will never fire anyone. You will be able to work a lot of overtime, because you can't get all of your responsibilities done in 8 hours.

Cons

Good luck being able to use any vacation time due to not enough employees to cover. Company expects your life to revolve around them and their customers.

5 weeks vacation if you don't have to use it to cover for your overtime when you want a day off from working so much

Cons

Plan on working every weekend and using your vacation for days off. Raises suck will take you forever to top out. Management will lie to you a lot even promise things in your interview to get you to work there. Management is not on the same page so operators have to pay for it

Pros

Generous vacation, the possibility of travel, clean shop, some employees willing to assist with new hire training. Slightly better than average benefits package.

Cons

Management. Low pay. It really is run like a sweat shop. No breaks, no lunch. You're basically chained to a machine. Little to no training for new hires. The "Workers" are really looked down upon by management. If you're ok with being treated like a number, too many hours, low pay, and a hot, noisy environment then this is the place for you. They really attempted to play up the whole "Team" atmosphere during my 5 interviews, but after being hired, I was just another sweatshop grunt. No thank you.
