      Pros

      The team at TechSource is always trying to do their best. Everyone is willing to share their expertise to help others and wants others to succeed. It is a great team environment and offers a lot of flexibility for folks with young families.

      Cons

      Sometimes leadership decisions feel like they are made in a vacuum or they take too long. Areas can feel very top-down in the leadership style.

      Pros

      Very agile company that is willing to listen to anyone with a good idea. It's employee-owned, which is HUGE. The team is fantastic.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it's good to have a scrappy/start-up mindset here.

      Pros

      Engaged leadership with active mentoring programs. Comparable (or better) salaries with the national labs. Adaptive business practices. Extensive roster of subject matter experts that are willing to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      I have none at this time. I've been very impressed.
