      Best place for Fake and ppl who don't work

      Pros

      Management always safeguards ppl who don't work. Hikes and promotions will be delayed by 6-7 months. Fake candidates will be encouraged and groomed. Un qualified management like Project managers, Sr. HR managers etc Time pass politics.

      Cons

      Always releases a false offer and after joining re issues the offer with new rules - the rule is u r accepting to work in night shifts No night shift allowance (in their perspective night shift means 3 AM- 11 AM --- ppl who are working in 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM are fools). All the management and fake candidates will be placed in morning (general) shift. Rules will be changed as per the convenience of HR's. No qualified HR's and they don't even know how to address mails (timidly they will send hike delay emails during Friday midnight).

      Pros

      Only very few people in HR department and IMS cloud department are sensible persons. Rest all are relations to higher management.

      Cons

      1. First and foremost thing, you only see these positive reviews is just because they have a separate marketing team who specifically works and submits reviews in Glassdoor. I'll leave it to your choice whether to believe it or not. 2. One of the VPs in the organization is kind of person where you never ever see/expect that such people are alive on earth. He literally tells all the sugar coated words if he needs you. The utmost important thing is, he literally threatens you to your life and career if you submit the resignation. Make sure that the company you join after leaving Techwave is no where related or linked to this VP. Because, literally this VP tells all crap about you to the new recruiter/company and showcases you as a "MOST WANTED PERSON" on earth. 3. People who gets benefited/promoted/well appraised are the ones who are either relations to this person or the ones who always tells him that he is great. He never wants to listen "NO" from you.

      Easy hours, not too requiring, good place to get experience if you are new to the SAP services eco system.

      Cons

      No direction from Sr. Management, No support from Sr. Management, Lack of Sr. Management communication
