Management always safeguards ppl who don't work. Hikes and promotions will be delayed by 6-7 months. Fake candidates will be encouraged and groomed. Un qualified management like Project managers, Sr. HR managers etc Time pass politics.
Cons
Always releases a false offer and after joining re issues the offer with new rules - the rule is u r accepting to work in night shifts No night shift allowance (in their perspective night shift means 3 AM- 11 AM --- ppl who are working in 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM are fools). All the management and fake candidates will be placed in morning (general) shift. Rules will be changed as per the convenience of HR's. No qualified HR's and they don't even know how to address mails (timidly they will send hike delay emails during Friday midnight).
