      No guidance, lot of burnout

      Pros

      Roofing is a huge industry

      Cons

      Lot of responsibility, no actual guidance, they keep adding things into your job like marketing materials and translation services on top of your full time recruiting job PTO is hard to get approved Lot of pressure to achieve without roadmap from managers Burnout is high among everyone Have to work in office, no desire to open up to remote even with bad office culture

      Are you sure you are providing a review for the correct company? Our Recruitment & Retention Manager position is a new position that has not been filled. Tecta would never require an employee to work outside their scope of work unless the person was interested in doing so.

      Good salary, good benefits, most people are very awesom

      Cons

      Having a person that does not want to teach/train onboarding a new employee is a mistake.

      Thank you for sharing. We dedicate a lot of time and attention to our hiring and onboarding process so that we set our new employees up for success. Unfortunately, not everyone is a good fit for every position. We are sorry you had a bad experience.

      Pros

      When it's going good, it's good. But be careful, because if they feel you have made too much money working 70-75 hours a week on a job that takes you away from your family, they will push you out of the company in a very cold way. And they will really try to get a way with it.

      Cons

      The president will push you out if you are making more money he believes you should. If you are not white, you are treated "beneath them". Way too much turn around with employees. When you come for help, you will be turned away but told "an investigation has happened" but that they can not discuss the investigation YOUR complaint has started. These people working and owning this company and branch off companies are very, very bad people. Please watch your back.
