      Pros

      Executive team is open to feedback. They hire too talent and are willing to listen and act on new ideas. The company has product market fit and leading a newly established category. The team is great - there are literally no egos and everyone pulls together to get things done.the product vision is incredible and customers who are using it love it.

      Cons

      Just typical early stage stuff, needing more people to do more work but overall nothing to complain about here.

      company culture is highly collaborative and transparent, the vision for the platform is strong and has a clear sense of direction, management is open to feedback and you have the ability to shape how things are done, technical talent is some of the best in the industry

      technology is complex with a steep learning curve, still in the startup phase and maturing internal processes
