      Extremely toxic environment, poor management, owner is an egomaniac

      Pros

      The only pro was getting fired for sharing inspirational stories on LinkedIn, so I was freed from the insanity surrounding this place

      Cons

      Recruiters were forced to do a glass door review, with deadlines given. There is no training at all, there is no organization of jobs, the owner consistently berates employees,threatening your job almost daily. Stay away from here at all costs

      There are none at all.

      Cons

      miserable. All of it. The owner. The job. The office environment. The frustration of being given zero training or guidance. Having to walk on egg shells around the rudest and nastiest person ever. The overwhelming anxiety of having literally no job security and knowing you could be fired at any minute. All of the negative reviews are spot on and the positive ones are written by employees who are required to do so.

      Your fellow employees are incredible.

      Cons

      Everything that Ron stands for - he’s a narcissistic pig. He will take you ok work trips, get hammered drunk, flirt inappropriately with females half his age, and then try and tell you how to live your life and if you don’t breathe the way he wants, you’re fired.
