Pros

Remote work Some trustworthy peers

Cons

Micro managed !!! Lies about unlimited time off as it's regulated to 2 weeks and management reserves right to deny even for medical appointments. No sick time. No flexibility Poor expensive benefits are over $450 per month that are $2500 deductible. Who can afford that at $25 hour salary? Lack of communication seriously a problem and they expect you to use your personal phone and no internet stipend. Do not care about your health or family in any way. Very shocked at no empathy when your loved one dies and they refuse your time off. Horrible company !!! Dead end job with no company development. Manager doesn't care.

Pros

• Remote work - provided all the equipment needed • Quarterly bonuses • Unlimited PTO • Swag • Well known in the industry • Work life balance was adequate for my role • My direct boss was fantastic

Cons

• There is a strong “that’s not my job” culture. Working cross-functionally in a support role is essentially impossible. • Pay is low compared to industry standard. And bonus opportunities aren’t equal across teams. • Many Directors (and even VPs) lack leadership skills. Just because you are knowledgeable in a certain area doesn’t mean you know how to lead a team. • Insurance is expensive.

Thank you for taking the time, to be honest and share your feedback. We agree that our SLT is pretty great and we are working to ensure their directives are clearly conveyed to every level of the company. Promotions are based on a number of factors. We are all learning together in this process as we grow and try to become better as a company.
