If Carlsberg made managers, they couldn’t make them as uniquely visionary as the TeleWare management. A leading provider of market leading and dynamic telephony solutions, using best techniques and benchmarks. Industry standard win-win stakeholder-informed partnerships. Employees couldn’t be more engaged if they tried. (Well, most of them anyway.) I’d happily pay huge sums to work here, even if I was chained to my desk and regularly flogged with a knotted rope.

Cons

A bit more of the “ready, aim, fire” approach needed on some of the longer serving staff, especially those who aren’t as engaged as the others. Time for career change opportunities and workforce imbalance correction?

Innovation at it's core, so lots of opportunities to try new things - celebrating successes and failing fast Good people - still retains that family firm feel, but in a good way! Great remote/hybrid working flexibility
