Bad Management

Pros

Not many - they like to talk about employee engagement but don't walk the walk and are hypocritical of employees that don't do want they want

Cons

The company has no real goals - sure they state objectives internally and publicly but they have no incentive. It's a family owned business run as life style for father and son. It makes for strange and impulsive decisions by the CEO.

Not the place it used to be - a sinking ship?

Pros

Staff generally great (even some of the director’s cronies!) Work can be interesting but there’s too much to do.

Cons

Low morale with little or no support from the negative, small-minded, unprofessional, misogynistic bullies that are in charge.

Pros

World class "Employee Engagement". A leading provider of bleeding edge telephony solutions, always thinking outside the box. Big aspirations, focusing heavily on game changing solutions to real world problems in a dynamic, state of the art way. The management are truly visionary, and color outside the lines. They take a “ready, aim, fire” approach to the staff here, going forward to deliver industry standard re-empowerment and groundbreaking staff-repurposing.

Cons

Offices are a bit shabby, but it’s going to be a win-win all the way with these guys. Paradigm-shift thinking will finally mean the offices get redecorated, with next-generation “sleep pods” being trialled. There’s even a suggestion that we might get at-work massages and that, combined with Open-the-Kimono management style, is bound to deliver a happy ending (for anyone who hasn’t already been re-deployed).
