      Pros

      Very knowledgeable coworkers. Great opportunities for advancement. Larger or specialty tools provided when needed. Training and exposure provided for most work. Great benefits including company vehicle and clothing allowance. Flexible work environment. Being involved in a project from beginning to end and share in the customer's positive praise.

      Cons

      We as a company sometimes try too hard to exceed customer expectations.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great benefits package, hybrid work environment, opportunity to learn new technologies and skills, most tools are provided by the company, company vehicle depending on job position, co-workers are great to work with. The owners and management value my input.

      Sometimes we are more reactive to situations than proactive.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, phone, laptop, and other misc tools and equipment to do your job. Fun and interesting coworkers. Job sites all over PA with many interesting locations and nice contacts.

      Cons

      Work day is completely random and schedule is tight so many 10+ hour days, and quite a few 6-day work weeks without warning. Low hourly pay for the work being done. "We are a family" attitude towards employees. Little to no room for growth or moving up the ladder. Many ideas/suggestions/improvements go ignored or in one ear and out the other. Working conditions in some of the worst weather, long days in 100+ degree weather, as well as outdoor work in negative degree weather.
