* To say the turnover rate is high is like saying Mount Everest is pretty tall. Understatement of the century. I've seen something like 68 people come and go in less than a year?? And the company is small, less than 40 people. In other words, leadership is so bad, they have no idea how to cultivate and retain talent. *Too many people get fired in unprofessional, humiliating ways. No meaningful review process. *Been around for years and still not profitable-- pays vendors late, tries to make up for lack of biz strategy by shortcuts and sneaky practices *Even the good reviews here are sneaky. Check out the dates. They're written immediately after someone posts a bad review. Not honest/ authentic reviews. *No culture, vision, or point of view as an agency.

Brands are consistently "nickel and dimed" and the brand image is cheapened. The company is headed toward a close as they advertise working with 12 different television shows and now only work with 2-3. Upper management is loyal to a fault with employees no matter how toxic they are.
