      Satisfying Financial Benefit in a Less Innovative Than Start-Up Environment

      Pros

      I have no complaint about the benefit in comparison with my workload. Apart from monthly salary, there are allowances for meal, communication, and if you are required to go to another city.

      Cons

      - Less complicated bureaucracy than BUMN, yet still complex - It is easy to spot people whose work motto is just finish the work, extra mile is another thing - Most people are still clinging to the past glory in which they didn't have to work hard to gain abundance of profit, so it is quite difficult to train those segment to be innovative and to keep continue learning

      One of the best remuneration package within the industry The market leader Unlikely to be overthrown by competitors Competitive environment

      Very slow career progression and development (one of the worst HR ever) Too easy to find some dumb people to work around you, some of them actually hold very high position within the company
