Unlimited coffee, the research team are smart guys, but sadly hindered by zero management who are completely clueless. A nice balcony.

Cons

Every man for himself - so literally, if you're a woman an put up with blatant sexism on the desk, the lifting of trades, and prices are made up and sources, yeah there are none... just trying to 'market-make'. Compliance environment is a mess and is so stupid that it just ignores everything meaningful (unless you ask them to on-board a client). Overall a sad place now with the original founders gone, betrayed by current management. If you're disloyal and want to blatantly lie to your clients, this is your place.

Pros

I have been with Exotix a little under a year. Within that year there have been many positive changes. The staff turnover has been a positive one with strong, intelligent leaders now in charge of the business with a supportive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic CEO at the head of the company. A strong sense of pride and comradery is really beginning to come through as the company moves forward.

Cons

The only con is that the benefits are not as good as elsewhere, however this is in the process of being updated so this will soon be a pro.
