An exciting company with huge potential

The company culture is amazing. I came from a big corporate, drowned in process, excessive, levels of mgmt. etc. At Tempest the staff are valued everyday, the working environment is incredibly challenging, everyone is always learning and encouraged to try new things. To balance it out we also focus on having fun.There is no red tape or hierarchy and minimal process. Everyone works hard together towards the company goal of being a world class cyber security company. The new products under development are in the run to becoming market leading, will certainly challenge the big players. My job is to set up the same successful style of company in London.
Cons
Not a con but there are the usual challenges with teams distributed across the world, merging the different cultures, and getting the right skills in the right places. Regular trips to Brazil :-)
