Pros

The management at the Riverside location is really amazing and accommodating. It's flexible in terms of picking up shifts and covering other people's shifts.

Cons

Some workers were difficult to work with and they give very minimal hours to trainees. You need to basically make connections with other workers for training and a lot of it is how proactive you are.

Flexible hours and really friendly staff

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about staff at all as long as they're making money and will try to get the most out of the staff without paying them. They will do anything to not spend more money and will jack up the prices of everything but still not pay long-time/ higher position employees more. They just take advantage of the employees as much as they can and are very unprofessional about everything regarding pay and treatment as soon as you start moving up. Constantly having waves of people quitting and having to hire new trainees. As for actual store managers, they try hard to do their best and do a very good job of leading the team and accommodating with staff situations and schedules.
