      Lies. False advertising and a company surrounded by senior politics. Make us write reviews PYRAMID SCHEMES

      Pros

      The hope of making 'good money' sort of like the carrot being dangled over your head that you never really catch. Decent colleuges for the most part besides all the backstabbing and the feeling everyone is out for themselves. Decent eviroment

      Cons

      Shocking practices at FRG trained to out FAKE adverts for jobs we NEVER had to get leads and get info out of candidates. 7/10 jobs are fake only to build experience and build systems. Overhear constantly management bad-mouthing and talking about fellow colleagues. They make us write these reviews during office hours even though it's not part of the job description. Any questions and we are seen to not want to help "enhance company image" & will be shunned by the office. Absolutely shocking company for work for.

      Pros

      You can handle huge responsibilities at early stages. The people are nice The training is helpful and relevant You can develop your own market

      Cons

      The company policy can be summarised as : money = happiness. No sense of management. No work life balance: your life is the company. The company culture is very shallow: it's all about drinking and making deals to gain respect in the office. You work more for the company than for yourself (money wise) Business model based on fast growth only

      Hi, it’s great to hear you enjoyed the training and meeting your teammates — we like to place people within offices where we know friendships can grow. However, we’re disappointed to hear you felt your work life balance was negatively affected. We are always honest about the flexibility required to meet the needs of individual clients but reward consultants who go the extra mile with incentives and uncapped commission, including all-expenses paid trips to major cities across the globe. Why not talk to your line manager about your concerns so we can make your role a much more enjoyable experience for you?

      "Trapped in Hell"

      Pros

      Some lovely people. Can make lots of money if you are prepared to sell your soul. The training is useful.

      Cons

      Do not value work life balance, you are expected to work 12 hours a day. Take advantage of recent graduates. High turnover of staff, people leave weekly. This company will never reach the best 100 companies to work for. You are under pressure to perform. After securing another job I am out of here.

We do value work life balance and want our employees to feel the reward for the work they put in, which is why we offer uncapped commission, training and incentives to keep our employees supported and motivated. Our training programme is put in place to fully support our staff and our new recruits and graduates who begin with us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
